3. Installation Guide

Recover refrigerant from the A/C system before disassembly.
Disconnect inlet and outlet pipes, cap them to avoid moisture entry.
Remove mounting bolts, brackets, and cooling fan shroud if needed.
Take out the old condenser and clean the installation area.
Install the new condenser and fix all mounting bolts.
Replace O-rings on refrigerant lines with new ones.
Connect lines carefully, avoid cross-threading.
Evacuate the system, recharge refrigerant oil and refrigerant.
Check for leaks and test cooling performance.
